Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! The server for NolansNovelties.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chrome and AOL – that allows only NolansNovelties.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window.

Do you accept money orders or personal checks?
At this time, NolansNovelties.com does not accept money orders or personal checks.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to certain states in the U.S. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.

I want to know if you carry a specific product?

We placed a search bar at the top of the page to help you find things quickly. You can use keywords in order to search, but if you still cannot find it, please send us a message using the chat on the lower right hand corner of the screen.

When is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you ship to PO boxes addresses?
Yes.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at NolansNovelties.com/Contact-us.

When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

Can I modify or adjust my order?
No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.

How can I make a return?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any of the eligible items within 30 days free of charge, no questions asked. Check out our Refund Policy page for info.
